We gave you a difficult concept - Seattle cuisine meets Wisconsin cuisine and you nailed it. The beer and cheese soup with pretzel croutons was tasty and fun. Our guests all raved about the food. Thank you again for a great event.
Everyone commented on the food, particularly the cupcakes and tea sandwiches which were just fabulous and the presentations were beautiful! As for me, I especially loved the curried chicken salad sandwiches and carrot cupcakes.

Amit Gulati was easy to work with, responsive and very efficient. And the food was exquisite. We heard many nice comments from our Gala guests about it, and we would certainly work with Spilled Milk again.
Working with Amit was truly a pleasure - the fact that the food was incredibly delicious was simply the icing on the cake! He was flexible and responsive - even as our event details were still being confirmed up to the last minute. We threw a number of potential pit falls his direction - no working kitchen, a limited window for prep and clean up - and everything was executed flawlessly.

What a fantastic experience we had with Spilled Milk! We host regular events, and for this past one, we used Amit and his team over at Spilled Milk Catering. They came highly recommended to us by our event planning team. We couldn't have been more impressed with the quality, taste, and presentation of the menu they created to put a unique stamp on our event at Long View Gallery. From the delicious buffalo chicken won-tons and jambalaya meatballs to the tasty red velvet mini cupcakes, our guests were "wowed" from beginning to end.
Amit and his team offered an array of mouth-watering, unique hors d'oeuvres, unlike anything we have seen before. His upscale presentation and offerings melded global cuisine, from Indian samosas to Italian polenta cakes to classic shrimp cocktail with a twist. The icing on the cake: the Spilled Milk team was professional and attentive to our guests' needs.
Spilled Milk Catering helped us put on an amazing reception. The food was cooked to perfection and incredibly tasty. Our guests are still raving about it! Everyone really loved the lunch! What was really a hit were the turkey and chicken sandwiches as well as ALL of the vegetarian dishes. (I thought the hummus sandwiches were DELICIOUS!) I contacted a number of caterers for our very large (250) person event for the American Psychoanalytic Association and most were intimidated by either the size of the event or the amount of our budget. SMC wrote back in no time with a fabulous menu and flexible ideas. They knew how to make it great. They met with us and his confidence and ideas made us sure we wanted to go with this group. The food was awesome, original and delicious and they brought a crew of helpers who were each one nicer or more competent than the next. Everyone loved the event and everyone congratulated me on having found them.

Spilled Milk Catering did a wonderful job of catering for my surprise Birthday Party. Their presentation was very professional and the twist to some traditional Indian dishes made them finger licking good. I would highly recommend the lamb chops-my brother-in-law, who normally avoids lamb, could also be seen eating them! Would also recommend the Chicken Samosas and the BBQ flatbread. People are still talking about the food even a week later. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I contacted Spilled Milk Catering to cater a small bachelorette party that I was hosting in my apartment. The level of personalization and responsiveness I received from SMC immediately mpressed me. They orked with me to create a diverse and fun menu that I knew my guests would enjoy. Because the party was relatively mall and we did not equire a serving staff, they delivered the food to my apartment promptly and made the final preparations there before the guests arrived. My guests truly loved the food, especially the Sundried Tomato Arancini with Spicy Marinara and the Roasted Veggie Flatbreads. I felt the price was more than reasonable, particularly in light of the high quality ingredients used in the food and SMC's exceptional level of service. I will definitely use SMC again and highly recommend them to anyone seeking creative and thoughtful caterers!

I am very pleased about the outstanding job you did catering for Kim's Bridal Shower. You came up with the perfect menu for the event and the presentation was excellent. The steak salad, wild mushroom risotto, individual muffin quiches and tasty mini sandwiches were all very savory and delicious. My favorite was the roast beef mini sandwiches with horseradish Dijon mustard cream. Several guests commented to me how tasty and delightful the food was, and several told the bride-to-be that it was the nicest bridal shower they had ever attended.
