Spilled Milk Catering started as a fun project for Amit that quickly consumed his entire life and evolved into the business we are today. Amit brings his previous restaurant chef experience (having worked at Nage in Washington, DC) and his love of bold and exotic flavors to our extensive menu.

Spilled Milk Catering works individually with each client to create a custom menu that truly reflects them and their personality. We stand out among our competitors with our eclectic and international approach to catering, enabling the creation of a wider variety of menu items, both sweet and savory. We have provided our services ranging from weddings, cocktail parties, plated dinners, corporate breakfasts and lunches, private events and large scale openings/events.
